CUSTOM PORTRAIT RETURNS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns as each design ordered at Pet Canvas is designed from the beginning and only 1 piece is produced. Your personalized artwork is completely custom made using your pet’s photo.

If you are not satisfied with your design work, you can request correction and revision at the approval stage, based on the current design style and the photograph. Customer satisfaction is our greatest passion, so we will happily revise and work to make you happy, you can be sure of that.

We would like to inform you that if you receive an incorrect product that you did not order, a product size that should not be, or a damaged or damaged product, we will of course gladly send you a new one. Please contact us about the current situation within 48 hours after receiving your product.You can contact us at support@clawcharms.com.

We offer unlimited alterations to the photos and costumes you originally ordered. Unlimited revisions refer to small changes that can be made to the artwork. If you need a substantial modification (such as a new photo or replacement product), you have the option of replacing the photo or replacing the product, but you are limited to 2 replacements on a single order. If you wish to use a third photo for your pet's artwork or wish to change costumes a third time, our customer support team can send you an invoice for $10 to cover the cost of creating the new artwork.

We remind you that we use the photo that you will upload on our page when we make our artworks that you create your order. For this reason, please see how to upload best quality photos from Photo Shooting Guide. It is the responsibility of our customers to upload high-resolution, quality photos. Poor quality photos taken with low resolution will reduce the visual level of design works. We prepare your works by taking into account the notes you add while creating your order. However, if you make very specific and impossible requests (showing a closed mouth, adding a smile, etc.), we will unfortunately not be able to do them.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.



We remind you that all the images we present as examples on our page are prepared using high-resolution quality photographs. The results obtained from blurry, dark, low-resolution photos will never be as high-quality as the samples on our page that you expect.
